On this adventure you’ll discover Transylvania’s unbeatable mix of history and traditions. This journey delivers natural beauty, natural charm and fragments of romanian history and traditions. From Bucharest we travel to Sinaia town to visit Peles Castle, one of the most beautiful museums in Romania. From Sinaia town we  head through the Carpathians Mountains to visit the famous Bran Castle  before making your way to Brasov. After one night stay in Brasov we head up west to Land of Fagaras. Here, farming and traditional life continues as it has done for hundreds of years. Visit a transylvanian household to learn more about their way of life in Ohaba, see technical devices operated by hydraulic power to process woolen fabrics in Lisa and visit the imposing Fagaras Fortress before we head back to Bucharest.

Day 1: Bucharest "€“ Peles Castle "€“ Bran Castle "€“ Brasov

From Bucharest we head to Sinaia, the town where Peles Castle is located. Covered with mixed forests and surrounded by spectacular mountains, Prahova Valley attracts both romantic souls and daring explorers. Upon arrival in Sinaia, we enjoy a tour of Peles Castle,  the former summer residence for the kings of Romania.We cross the mountains and enjoy the natural beauty and arrive to the famous Bran Castle where you will learn more about Dracula and Vlad the Impaler, one of the romanian"€™s  greatest heroes.We head up to Brasov and enjoy a memorable evening tour in this exciting city (optional). Overnight in Brasov.

Day 2: Brasov – Ohaba – Lisa – Fagaras Fortress – Bucharest

After the breakfast we travel to Land of Fagaras, a land full of romanian history and tradition, which lies around Fagaras Town and Fagaras Mountains. We make the first stop in  Ohaba  at"€ Moara cu Noroc"€ guest house , a place detached from a fairy tales, where we visit a mill that uses the power of water, the only one that stayed in operation in those places where locals are still proccesing their grains by traditional methods. Here we can enjoy a quiet tea or coffee with delicious apple pie made with organic igrediente, the house specialty. Our next stop is Lisa Village ''La Valtori'' where you can see technical devices operated by hydraulic power to process woolen fabrics, a technique preserved from generation to generation. Visit the imposing Fagaras Fortress before we head back to Bucharest and drop-off at your locations.
